Breakfast

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day. It’s a time to recuperate after a long night’s sleep, nourish your body and give it what it needs to cope with whatever your day has in store. It’s also the time we’re rushing round getting everything ready. If you have kids, we try and manage to get them clothed and ready for school (without tantrums!). That’s why efficiency, nutrition and ease are the way to go.

There are a variety of my favourite recipes on here that are both savoury and sweet, hot and cold, easy and quick. Most of all I hope you love and enjoy them as much as I do. Breakfast for us, as a family, is when we meet at the dining table and begin our day in the most positive way we can.

Everything on here is gluten-free, sugar-free, wheat-free, & plant-based.
