I adore snacks and side dishes! One thing I love about plant-based eating and cooking is the variety available. Be brave with flavours and combinations – they create a party in our mouths! And remember these dishes can be eaten as a meal, appetiser, snack or enjoyed side by side with many of the recipes on this blog. Again, I urge you to expand and experiment with dishes and if you have ideas of add ons, do it!
