Guilt Free Snacks

RRP: Snack healthily with my guilt free snacks!

We all love to snack! But the most accessible snacks are more often than not completely full of rubbish. So the best thing to do is spend an evening whipping up a batch of some guilt-free sweets that you can keep in the fridge and ensure you’re snacking stays completely innocent!

All of my recipes are sugar and gluten free, so you might wonder how can it taste so delicious? Well, let me tell you, you don’t need sugar or gluten for something to taste good, you’ve just got to use your imagination.

My Crispy Rice Paper Rolls are yummy and filled with incredible goodness. They’re full of lovely vegetables and the Peanut Dressing is ah-mazing! Plus, you can keep them in the fridge and they’re perfect for a quick out-the-door pick up!

Green Beans with Sumac is another delicious snack that’s full to the brim with goodness. This recipe was handed down to me by my Egyptian clients, two lovely ladies that love cooking as much as I do. Every time I make this dish I think of them!

Another one of my favourite healthy snacks is the Chickpea and Rocket Pate. It’s essentially glorified houmous! But I’ve added rocket and pistachios to fancy it up a bit! I love this dish, you can put it on bread, eat it with salad, top off your rice bowl or use it as a dip. The possibilities are endless.
